Recruitment In the public sector the sales process is often replaced by a recruitment process. Does your organization have a process in place to increase participation in a specific program? PHS has extensive experience in the area of recruitment and retention and can assist customers in meeting their goals. We have a proven methodology that has worked for years, and we can customize this methodology to meet your business needs. Our consultant schedules an initial meeting with the customer to understand business goals and evaluate what must be done within the project. The current recruitment process that is in place is analyzed through a series of interviews and observations. After the initial meetings and analysis, the consultant then presents a recommended plan. If the goal is to strengthen current processes, we recommend activities and practices that will enliven recruitment efforts. If the goal is for PHS to assist in actual recruiting, we propose methods by which we will achieve the goals set forth. |
