Since 2000, PHS has provided information technology support services to Syracuse Community Health Care Companies in the following areas:
- Network support, configuration, backups, and maintenance
- Hardware and software support of PC’s
- Database support, updating, and report writing
- E-mail server configuration, support, and web based access
- Microsoft Servers, including 2000, and 2003 with Active Directory
- Medical Records Tracking software.
- Payroll and HR software support (ADP)
- Telephone support, site to site routing, and configuration
- Financial Accounting software support and maintenance (MAS90)
- Management of patient billing systems
- Remote Site and School Clinic VPN and WAN network support for a total of 10 sites
- Provide network connections to Syracuse Metronet community
- Provide policy change suggestions, documentation, and yearly budgeting information
