Block Time The Block Time Contract will be the best option for your business when you do not require the intense resources of a Standard Contract. Your business will purchase a block of hours up front then call to schedule IT services as needed. Any unused hours will expire after one year, so it is important to determine the number of hours and IT services that you will require for the given year. Emergency and after-hours support services are available. |
