The organization may know what needs to be done to achieve the goal, but nobody from inside the organization seems to be getting anywhere. What needs to be done? The organization needs to evaluate its internal business processes related to the established goal. It can be difficult for an organization to look at its own internal business processes, so PHS has developed a method of business process review. Let us be a fresh set of eyes and ears to evaluate from the outside looking in. To begin the business process review, a PHS consultant works closely with the customer to learn about the organization and internal business processes. After initial meetings, the consultant develops a work plan based on the customer’s needs. Our goal is to help the customer meet their goals. |
