Businesses are buying new software applications every day to help their employees work more efficiently on the job.  To meet the software training needs of many businesses, PHS has developed a video training product. 

Introducing eTRAIN; a customizable and personable video training product to meet or supplement your application training needs. 

Why use eTRAIN videos?

• Companies have a new software application or frequent software upgrades that require staff training.

• Busy offices need the convenience of scheduling training around employee work hours.

Each eTRAIN video is a single media file accessible via CD or web link.  An eTRAIN video runs in the standard Windows Media Player or Apple’s QuickTime, which are available at no charge.  Individual eTRAIN videos are typically of short duration, focusing on a specific aspect of your process or application. 

PHS tailors the eTRAIN video session through the video production process listed below. 

eTRAIN Video Production Process

1. PHS meets with you and your company to determine your training needs.
2. We analyze your software application and become familiar with it to produce the training video.
3. We develop a video training script with your assistance through a storyboarding process.
4. We produce the video with voice narration; using someone from our staff or someone from yours.
5. We deliver the video file(s) to you and your company in the media and format requested.
