IR~Bridge is a software application designed specifically to address the needs of an immunization registry. IR~Bridge is an easy-to-use customizable application comprised of three modules. These three modules focus on the most difficult areas a registry faces: integrating with external systems to reduce data entry, quality data, and registry analysis.
IR~Bridge interfaces with
- Electronic health records.
- Insurance company files.
- Practice management systems.
IR~Bridge
- Drastically reduces duplication.
- Increases data quality.
- Produces reports to identify problems, trends, and measures the level and consistency of a medical office’s participation.
The IR~Bridge Data Load Module provides the flexibility of importing data from any external source.
- A file is taken from the requested source and then formatted to meet the specifications required by your registry.
- Quality checks are run and then analyzed to ensure that the data is of the highest quality prior to being imported into your registry.
Benefits of using the IR~Bridge Data Load Module
- Reduce manual data entry from medical practices.
- Input large volumes of data vs. slow manual data entry.
The IR~Bridge Data Quality Module provides an in-depth look at the data that is in your Immunization Registry for accuracy. As families become more mobile and as the ACIP Schedule changes, the IR~Bridge data quality module offers the tools you need to ensure your registry data is the best it can be.
- Patient Scans: an intense set of twelve scans are run to search for potential duplicate patients.
- Shot Scans: Five scans are run to search for potential errors in immunization data.
Benefits of using the IR~Bridge Data Quality Module
- Identify and reduce the rate of duplicate patients.
- Identify and reduce immunization errors including duplicate shots
The IR~Bridge Registry Analysis Module provides analysis of the trends in your participating medical community. This will assist in determining how well the medical community is participating and if there are seasonal trends. For example, during back to school, flu season, and other busy times providers tend to record immunizations in the registry less frequently. The Registry Analysis Module allows data to be analyzed
- At a county or regional level for both patients and immunizations.
- At the facility level for both patients and immunizations.
Benefits of using the IR~Bridge Analysis Module
- Improves the efficiency of IR reporting.
- Assists in meeting the Healthy People 2010 Goal.
- Helps track trends throughout your participating medical community.
