Software Development Methodology The key to successful application development is to create a solid plan, find the right people to carry out the plan, and select the appropriate tools to follow through with the plan. At PHS, we have a proven approach to creating the right application - designed and developed to meet the customer’s needs. Our methodology includes four phases:
Each phase is critical in the development process. Our methodology is designed to be interactive in nature, which includes continual review of the application with the customer throughout the development cycle. This approach requires additional customer involvement during the requirements and design phases, however, is generally offset by improved testing, smoother implementations and fewer support-related issues in later phases of the project. |
