PHS has a team of skilled information technology professionals. Our application development team consists of seasoned software engineers with experience in both client server and web applications, written in several different languages and across various platforms. In addition to its own employees, PHS is contracted by four independent companies to work on various development projects. Our technical staff has the ability to transform the customer’s requirements into high-quality web-based or client-server software applications that are designed from the ground up to meet all of the customer’s needs. Our software design philosophy is based on developing an application that is easy to learn and support. In addition, we develop applications that can be altered by either PHS or the customer should a future need for revisions or additions arise.
